Collaboration
PSI brings skilled project design and management, facilitation, and documentation expertise to collaborations that engage single schools and multiple organizations.
Our approach to sharing practices and creating sustainable change is assets-based: PSI supports schools to leverage existing strengths to meet their outstanding needs. We meet educators “where they’re at,” and work collaboratively to define success, analyze shared challenges, and develop strategies for action steps and measurable improvement.
